About This Yacht

Flipper is a 2023 Dufour 470 in the four-cabin layout, sleeping ten — charter-efficient without giving up the sailing manners the 470 is known for. Unusually for the class she carries a generator, plus underwater lights, solar, an inverter, air conditioning, diesel heating and a bow thruster.

She is based at Marina Dalmacija in Sukošan, the largest marina on the Adriatic and one of its strongest charter hubs, twenty minutes from Zadar airport. Under Angelina charter management she is maintained, marketed and booked for you. Her per-yacht feasibility study — income, running costs and VAT recovery — is prepared on request.

What the season does in her owner's favour.

A baseline estimate for Flipper: our standard planning assumptions — 21 charter weeks at 1.30% of her price per week, 35% management fee, 7.85% owner-borne costs — applied to her asking price. Her personal feasibility study replaces these with her real charter rates, costs and VAT treatment.

Year one, in your favour — baseline estimate
≈ € 58.000

The arithmetic: kept private − € 25.811 out of pocket · in charter management + € 32.529 — the difference, rounded, is the figure above. Berth, insurance and upkeep are owed either way; the season pays them while you are not on board.

Owned privately You carry berth, insurance and upkeep yourself — no charter income. Privately kept boats in Croatia average 33 days of use a year (HTZ, TOMAS Nautika 2022). − € 25.811
In charter management The season covers those costs and leaves this. + € 32.529

Baseline estimate using our standard planning assumptions, not this yacht's measured performance — actual results vary with season, occupancy, personal-use weeks and market conditions. The full input VAT refund on purchase via a Croatian d.o.o. is additional and modelled separately in the full feasibility study. This is not a financial projection or guarantee.
