Angelina Yachting started in 1995 with a single charter base in Biograd na Moru and a handful of boats. The name came from a family member — the kind of detail that still matters to us. In the early years it was about one thing: getting guests onto beautiful water and making sure they came back.

Over three decades that instinct scaled into something larger: a network of four operating companies, 14 bases along the full Croatian coast, and official dealerships for four of the world's most respected sailing brands. But the operating logic hasn't changed. We own the infrastructure, we employ the people, we don't outsource the things that matter.

Today we work primarily with yacht owners and buyers — people who want to own a piece of the Adriatic without the administrative weight that usually comes with it. The programme we've built around that isn't a product. It's the way we've always worked, formalised.

The group operates through four entities: Angelina Yachting (Dalmatia, central Croatia), Jadranka Yachting (Kvarner & Istria), Garant Charter (Punat, island of Krk), and Ultra Yachting & Brokerage — our authorised dealership for Beneteau, Dufour, Bali, and Fountaine Pajot across Croatia and Austria. Administrative and financial services run through Aktiva i Pasiva, keeping the operational side lean.
