Angelina Yachtcharter Holding GmbH is an Austrian limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) registered with the Landesgericht Leoben and subject to Austrian trade law (Gewerbeordnung). Member of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich).
Yacht sales and charter operations in Croatia are carried out together with the group's Croatian partner companies, which hold the applicable Croatian charter licences and are supervised by the competent Croatian authorities.
