About This Yacht

Adventure is a Bali 4.3 Motor Yacht — the catamaran answer for owners who love the space and stability of two hulls but would rather cruise than trim sails. Three en-suite cabins keep her firmly owner-focused, and the fitted generator, solar, air conditioning and icemaker mean the comforts stay on whether you are on the dock or anchored off a quiet cove.

Built in 2022 and lying in Trogir, at the heart of the Dalmatian charter grounds, she is ready to work. Under Angelina charter management the operation is handled for you — maintenance, marketing and the booking calendar — while you keep your own weeks. Request a per-yacht feasibility study covering charter income, running costs and VAT recovery.

What the season does in her owner's favour.

A baseline estimate for Adventure: our standard planning assumptions — 21 charter weeks at 1.30% of her price per week, 35% management fee, 7.85% owner-borne costs — applied to her asking price. Her personal feasibility study replaces these with her real charter rates, costs and VAT treatment.

Year one, in your favour — baseline estimate
≈ € 106.000

The arithmetic: kept private − € 47.084 out of pocket · in charter management + € 59.345 — the difference, rounded, is the figure above. Berth, insurance and upkeep are owed either way; the season pays them while you are not on board.

Owned privately You carry berth, insurance and upkeep yourself — no charter income. Privately kept boats in Croatia average 33 days of use a year (HTZ, TOMAS Nautika 2022). − € 47.084
In charter management The season covers those costs and leaves this. + € 59.345

Baseline estimate using our standard planning assumptions, not this yacht's measured performance — actual results vary with season, occupancy, personal-use weeks and market conditions. The full input VAT refund on purchase via a Croatian d.o.o. is additional and modelled separately in the full feasibility study. This is not a financial projection or guarantee.
