About the Oceanis 47

The Oceanis 47 opens the eighth generation of Beneteau’s Oceanis line — a Finot-Conq hull with deck and interior by Nauta Design, certified Category A for ten. Its 4.50-metre beam is carried unusually far forward, so the cockpit is as wide at mid-ship as at the transom: a genuinely larger living area than the length suggests, with modular tables and an optional fully-closed aft cockpit.

For an owner in charter management, the 47’s four factory layouts — from a three-cabin, two-head owner’s version to five cabins with three heads — cover both private-use comfort and fleet earning configurations. It ships with a 57 hp saildrive as standard (80 hp optional), 370 litres of water and the deck hardware to be sailed short-handed.

  • Finot-Conq naval architecture · Nauta Design deck and interior
  • Four layouts: 3 cabins / 2 heads up to 5 cabins / 3 heads (4C/4H available)
  • Full-beam modular cockpit with optional closed aft section
  • CE Category A (10) · 14.60 m LOA · 4.50 m beam
  • Yanmar 57 hp saildrive standard, 80 hp option

A New Generation, Sized for the Adriatic

Beneteau’s 8th-generation Oceanis pairs a beamier, stiffer Finot-Conq hull with Nauta’s cleanest deck plan yet — more cockpit, more stowage, and layouts that map directly onto charter demand.

  • Cockpit as wide at mid-ship as at the transom — modular tables with three functions
  • Optional closed aft cockpit with additional seating and storage
  • 3–5 cabin factory layouts, up to 4 heads
  • Deep (2.47 m) or shallow (1.87 m) cast-iron keel options
  • Nauta Design interior in the 8th-generation Oceanis style
  • Category A certification for ocean passages
